1. Information We Collect

  • Account details for administrators and staff.
  • Order and customer information processed on behalf of restaurants.
  • Operational records such as menus, sales, schedules, and reports.
  • Technical telemetry for reliability, security, and diagnostics.
  • Payment details handled through PCI-compliant payment processors.

2. How We Use Information

  • Deliver and maintain core POS, ordering, and reporting functionality.
  • Authenticate users and protect account security.
  • Detect abuse, prevent fraud, and investigate incidents.
  • Provide support, service notices, and product communications.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce contractual terms.

3. Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell personal information. We may share data with:

  • Vetted service providers under confidentiality and security obligations.
  • Third-party integrations explicitly enabled by a restaurant account.
  • Authorities where required by law or valid legal process.
  • Successor entities in a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer.

4. Mobile Information and SMS Messaging

Mobile information and messaging (SMS/text) consent are not shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

When you provide a mobile number and opt in to text messages, we use it only to send the messages you requested — such as order updates, delivery status, account and security notifications, and support replies. Your opt-in and mobile number are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing.

We share mobile data only with service providers that help us deliver these messages (for example, our SMS carrier or messaging platform), strictly to transmit the messages on our behalf and under confidentiality and security obligations. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help at any time. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of any purchase.

5. Cookies and Privacy Consent

We use cookies and similar technologies for essential session continuity, security, feature preferences, and analytics. Where required, we provide consent controls so you can manage non-essential categories.

You can also adjust browser-level cookie settings, though some functionality may be reduced if essential cookies are blocked.

6. Data Rights, Security, and Retention

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal information. We apply industry-standard safeguards including encryption, access controls, and audit logging.

Data is retained only as long as needed for service operations, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and agreement enforcement.

7. International Transfers and Updates

If you access our services outside the United States, information may be transferred and processed in jurisdictions where we or our providers operate. We may update this policy periodically and revise the effective date when material changes are posted.
