The ServePointplatform — including all software, source code, designs, user interfaces, graphics, logos, icons, text, documentation, and the selection, arrangement, and “look and feel” of the foregoing (collectively, the “Content”) — is owned by ServePoint and its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. Except as expressly stated in our Terms of Service, no Content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, distributed, or modified without our prior written permission.

2. Trademarks

“ServePoint”, the ServePoint logo, and any related product or service names are trademarks of ServePoint. You may not use these marks without our prior written consent. All other trademarks, service marks, and trade names referenced on this site are the property of their respective owners, and their appearance does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by ServePoint.

3. Limited License

Subject to your compliance with our Terms of Service, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view this website and to use the Service for your internal business purposes. This license does not include any right to resell, sublicense, white-label, or create derivative works from the Content, nor any right to use data mining, robots, or similar data-gathering and extraction tools.

4. Customer Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service (for example, your menus, customer records, and uploaded images). You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to that content and that it does not infringe the intellectual-property rights of any third party. 5. Reporting Copyright Infringement (DMCA)

identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
identification of the material that you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (for example, a URL);

We may remove or disable access to material claimed to be infringing and may terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
