ServePoint grew out of years of running restaurants on tools that didn't quite fit. We built the platform we wished we had — and now we share it with operators who feel the same.
What we believe
Restaurants run on margins measured in single-digit percentages. The software your team relies on should be fast, dependable, and out of the way — not another thing to fight with on a busy Saturday night.
We believe in flat pricing and an honest support relationship. Our shortest term is one year — long enough to actually evaluate a POS, short enough that we have to keep earning your business. We'll never lock you into proprietary hardware: buy a kit from us or bring your own iPads, printers, and card readers. If something is broken, we say so. If you outgrow us, we'll help you migrate out.
